At Ganpati Textiles, we specialise in handling different types of yarn to create innovative designs. Our fabrics are made using viscose, acrylic, polyester, cotton, and various kinds of fancy yarns. We also use sustainable yarns like recycled polyester, organic cotton, and viscose to produce fabrics that are better for the environment. Due to our constant R&D investments in developing innovative yarn blends, we have created an unparalleled design portfolio of fancy jacquards and dobby fabrics.
Our state of the art Jacquard and Dobby weaving machines are well-equipped to handle a variety of yarns to create a wide range of fabrics. We leverage cutting edge technologies from leading brands like Dornier, Staubli, Sulzer, Bonas, and Smit to create super-fine Jacquards that appeal to customers around the world. We specialise in creating custom fabrics for our customers based on their unique design and fabric construction requirements like weave type, yarn blend, pattern, GSM, feel, and texture. Our highly skilled workforce ensures that production processes are designed to create the highest quality fabric in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Our top-notch weaving infrastructure has established us as a leading fabric manufacturer and exporter for all kinds of Jacquard and Dobby fabrics.
Our most recent expansion has been into creating embroidered fabrics. We have invested in the latest multi-head embroidery machines of upto 39 heads. These cutting edge machines are key to creating value-added fabrics that are used in dresses, shirts, stoles, shawls, and salwar-suits.
In our attempt to serve a variety of customer needs, we have introduced a range of printed fabrics that are used in shirts, jackets, dresses, tops, and salwar-suits, etc. We leverage digital printing to create unique designs on our own Jacquards and Dobby fabrics. This value addition has furthered our efforts to create products that give us a competitive edge and help us stay ahead of the curve.
We have a long-standing relationship with our processing and finishing partners. We are thus well-equipped to produce both standard and complex finishes on a variety of fabrics. It is our priority to ensure that all fabric is processed with minimal environmental impact and through the use of AZO free dyes that eliminate all harmful chemicals from the process.
